Practical ordering terms written to be easy to read, clear to follow, and aligned with how CoolBakes actually works.

Standard lead time Please allow 48 hours for most menu orders. Some 24-hour requests may be possible if capacity allows.
Perishable goods Because products are freshly prepared food items, returns are limited and product care after pickup matters.
Order confirmation An order is only final after we confirm availability, timing, and any special requirements with you.

Ordering

Orders can be requested by email, phone, or through the website contact flow. We review each request and confirm availability before the order is considered accepted.

  • Most menu items should be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
  • In some cases, 24-hour orders may be possible, but only when our schedule allows it.
  • Pies start at 10 pieces, cupcakes start at 6 per flavour, and chocolate cookies start at 5 pieces.
  • Custom cakes and event orders may require longer lead times depending on complexity.

Pricing and payment

All website prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK). Final payment details are confirmed once the order is accepted.

Custom cake bookings are secured with a 50% deposit upfront. If a request changes in size, decoration, delivery distance, or requirements after the initial enquiry, the final quoted price may change accordingly before confirmation.

Allergens and dietary requests

Please tell us about allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. We try to guide you clearly, but products are prepared in the same kitchen environment and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free space.

If you need help choosing a safer option, contact us before confirming the order so we can advise properly.

Delivery and pickup

Pickup and local delivery are available. Delivery fees depend on distance and timing.

  • Pickup and delivery details are agreed during order confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for checking the order at pickup or delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Once perishable products have been collected or delivered, correct storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Because our products are freshly prepared and highly perishable, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been collected or delivered.

  • If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible.
  • Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are the most likely to be accommodated in full.
  • If there is a problem caused by our error, contact us promptly so we can review the situation and decide on an appropriate remedy.

Website content

We aim to keep product descriptions, imagery, and pricing accurate. Because items are handcrafted, small visual differences may occur between the website presentation and the final product.
